We strive to provide reliable service, but AI Studio is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. During pre-launch, service interruptions and changes are expected as we improve the platform.

You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, subject to any third-party rights. The AI Studio platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Studio and CEMS Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Your use of AI Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of AI Studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AI Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
